How does the 24h self-check-in work at Hotel Müllers in Arbon?

Before arrival, we send you the notice for online check-in via email. On-site, you open the room door directly with your smartphone — or encode a room card at the check-in kiosk. From arrival to the room, it takes about three minutes. No concierge, no paperwork — intentionally.

From when can I check into the Hotel Müllers — and how late?

Check-in is possible around the clock — 365 days a year, even at night, on holidays, and at Christmas. No extra charge for late arrival. The room is guaranteed to you from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival; earlier if available. Requirement: Your room is booked and the check-in code has been sent.

How is the check-out regulated at Hotel Müllers?

Check-out by 11:00 am. Deposit room key at kiosk and leave — no queue, no form. Late check-out is available upon request if your room is not immediately reoccupied.

What happens if I no longer have my reservation number or something doesn't work?

Call our guest service — available 24/7 for urgent cases. We will resend you the information via SMS or email and open the system remotely. In the room, you will also find an emergency info card with the direct number.

Is there an occupied reception at Hotel Müllers?
